THE PROJECT

Entourage-in-the-Sun is a condominium project comprised of 42- homes ranging from two bedrooms to four bedrooms. The project features a collaboration between architect firm IDEA and interior design firm IDDI. All units have direct water views, elevator opening directly into the unit and more than 500 square feet of terrace. The design and space layout promotes privacy and relaxation while also enabling gatherings and community creation. The interiors of this project were thoughtfully planned to ensure livability and luxury graced by exquisite tropical details, contemporary conveniences, and moments of magic. The community features, a pool, a jacuzzi, a club lounge, a gym and a dock with 2 boat docking spaces.

PROJECT UPDATE

Site work and building permits have been obtained. Foundation work is scheduled to begin February 2024. Sales have surpassed the 75% mark. The project is expected to be delivered by early 2025.
